THE TEAM MAKES VBH TICK

Hardware manufacturer VBH, the company behind the greenteQ brand, has been busy in 2022 recruiting new staff and giving existing team members new responsibilities where their proven skill-sets can be brought to the fore.

Simon Monks, MD of VBH gave us the following overview of the ‘movers and shakers’ at the company.

“We believe that we have the best team of any hardware company. It is a healthy mix of experience and youth, with all the benefits of both. We’ve had a re-shuffle, carried out some promotions and brought in some new faces this year to enhance what was already a successful team.

“In Scotland Pamela Paterson is now Operations Manager at our East Kilbride site, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the depot.

“Internally at the Gillingham HQ, Karen Campbell moves to the position of Internal Sales-Co-ordinator, linking the activities of our sales and marketing teams, and we have bolstered our Customer Service team with the recruitment of Leah Organ and Georgia Rowlatt. Both are new to the industry but are already getting great reviews from customers. Most recently, Tom Nicholls joined our accounts team to help ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

“We have just received news that we have been short listed in no less than 10 categories at the NFA awards. It’s the people that make our company tick, so this success is a tribute to the VBH Team.”
